Minimal seascape photographs - Cornwall

For a long time I took photographs of the sea with the horizon half way up. These are a handful of the results.

These were all taken in Cornwall in June and July 2005 and 2007, and in September 2008. What they say about the light at St Ives is true and can be seen in the colours in the sea. But other places show wonderful light too. The one in Marazion was taken with hazy sunshine after rainclouds had just passed over to the South.

While you can see these scaled on a phone, the titling won't work if the screen width is less than 760 pixels.
