Glasoileán Beach, Connemara
I first went to Glassillaun Beach (Glasoileán, pronounced Glash-lorn roughly)
30 years ago,
and didn't remember I'd been there as the maps were so awful then.
And it was raining with a strong cold wind.
In June 2014 the weather was amazing, but of course
I didn't take exactly the same photo as I'd taken 30 years ago.
But the one below is as close as I got to it.
