These graphs show how the use of travel modes has changed over time for cohorts of people born at the same time.
Each line shows how the percentage of people born at the same time who use a travel mode during the diary week has changed as they've got older.
The lines start for 1985-89 data and finish with 2010-14 data. The left hand chart is for males, right hand for females.
